Tags - new categories

I've been adding new tags to the tags list. All weekly challenge titles from the time this community opened, have now been added to the tags. I'll slowly be making my way back through the entries and tagging all posts.

I've also added a few new tags:

headers
minor characters
miscellaneous icons - For icons that don't fit into any category that there's already a tag for.
miscellaneous - use this tag if there is for example, an original post with a question, or any topics about the Babylon 5 show. Also use this if there are no tags that will tag your post into any other category.
