I'll have some entries coming. But I've had my mind on other things. I'm really stressed out with one of our pet birds being extremely sick. I've been to the vet's just about every day this week. So the creativity is not exactly flowing at the moment.

How awful to have a sick pet. Very difficult to get a good vet for them too (we used to keep budgies).

Max is a budgie, and he's 13 years old. He's up there in age for a budgie, and this may be nearing the end. We have an excellant bird vet. She thinks he may have a tumor in his brain somewhere that's causing his equilibrium problems. I'm still hoping that the problems are caused by hormones he can't handle because of age. But he isn't eating today, and his balance problems are worse. He's got to go in again today to get fluids. I guess I should stop hijacking this post about bird issues. I'm just extremely worried, we love Max immensely.

Of course you love him. It's very difficult not to love nudgies. Who'd have thought that creatures so small could have such diverse personalities.
